With the Phishing Alert Button, your employees can easily report a suspicious email.
I then take over: I analyze, categorize, and help you raise your teams’ awareness while recognizing their good work.

What is the BAP?
The Phishing Alert Button is a simple reporting feature built into the email system.
It allows employees to immediately forward a suspicious email to me for review.
The goal: to encourage proactive responses to suspicious messages and make it easier for security teams to manage alerts.
It is particularly useful for:
- employees who receive a lot of external emails,
- teams involved in sensitive departments (HR, finance, support),
- users who are unsure about a suspicious message,
- organizations seeking to standardize their reporting procedures.
What is the purpose of the BAP Hucency?
- Make it easier to report a potentially dangerous email.
- Centralize and sort alerts automatically.
- Free up time for CIOs and CISOs with a clear preliminary assessment.
- Encourage good habits without making daily life more complicated.
- Provide the data needed to raise awareness.

How does it work?
-
1. The employee reports a suspicious email.
A quick, natural, and effective click on the BAP.
-
2. I automatically analyze the message.
I check its origin, structure, intent, and subtle cues.
-
3. I determine whether it is a genuine threat.
- If so: I create a ticket for the CIO/CISO so they can review it promptly.
- Otherwise: the message is simply classified as harmless.
-
4. I congratulate the employee if it was a simulation.
When an email comes from an awareness campaign I sent out, I encourage people to take action right away.
-
5. I get better with every report.
I'm gradually adjusting:
-
- the difficulty level of the simulations,
- their frequency,
- and the topics covered, based on the behaviors observed.
