Before Clicking at the Digital Autonomy and Sovereignty Day on May 6.
On May 6, 2025, we were at the Pierre Mendès-France Conference Center in Bercy to participate in the Digital Autonomy and Sovereignty Day. Organized by the Directorate General for Enterprises (DGE) and the Strategic Committee for the “Security Industries” Sector, this event brought together numerous cybersecurity stakeholders around a common goal: strengthening the technological independence of French organizations.
Promote local, responsible, and reliable solutions
Throughout the afternoon, the event fostered a series of fruitful exchanges between solution providers and public and private decision-makers. Right from the start, a roundtable discussion set the stage for the talks. It highlighted the key challenges: gaining better control over digital tools, reducing critical dependencies, and encouraging the use of sovereign solutions designed and hosted in France.
For our part, we presented our human-centered approach to cybersecurity. It relies on several complementary tools: phishing simulations, contextual alerts, training modules, and more. In other words, these are solutions designed to reinforce good habits, minimize human error, and support organizations in their awareness-raising efforts.
In addition, this participation highlighted the evolution of our offering, which is now more comprehensive. In addition to external threats, we help organizations better protect themselves against risks associated with the everyday use of digital technology. This includes risky behavior, poor practices, and the unintentional disclosure of sensitive information.
In short, we advocate for a more comprehensive, automated approach focused on responsible digital transformation.

Digital sovereignty that also depends on how technology is used
Beyond technology, it is everyday practices that matter. This is the rationale behind our participation in this event. Digital sovereignty depends not only on the tools chosen, but also on users’ ability to understand them, use them properly, and act responsibly.
In this regard, we met with dedicated representatives. We also discovered several innovative French initiatives. Finally, we discussed specific challenges: securing access, data protection, and ongoing training for teams.

A bold move
At Avant de Cliquer, we believe in cybersecurity that is pragmatic, accessible, and grounded in reality. Indeed, this event confirmed that expectations are high and the needs are numerous. French companies have an important role to play in offering effective, sustainable, and responsible solutions.
That is why we will continue on this path. We will keep educating others, listening to what’s happening on the ground, and offering tools that truly help organizations move forward.
